Commercial Kitchen Furniture Establishment Tender Notice
Description
Procurement and establishment of a commercial kitchen and furniture in the Admin Enclave. Bids are invited from eligible firms and contractors under the Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Pakistan Engineering Council license for 2025-2026 in Category C-3 with specialization codes CE-10(1), CE-11, ME-06 and EE-01 and must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Sindh Revenue Board. Tender documents including Bill of Quantity, evaluation criteria and scope of services are available through the e-procurement system. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 10,000 is required. Financial proposals must be accompanied by bid security equal to 2% of the total bid amount in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank of Pakistan and valid for at least 90 days beyond the bid validity date. Technical and financial proposals are to be submitted in separate sealed envelopes and uploaded through the EPAD system, with one identical hard copy submitted along with the original bid security.
