Medicines Laboratory Surgical Supplies Procurement Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of drug medicines under local purchase, laboratory items, surgical items, dietary items, petty articles, linen, uniforms, miscellaneous items and repair of hardware, plant and machinery for financial year 2026-27. Electronic bids are invited from suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR or SRB. Procurement shall be conducted through Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under SPP Rules 2010. Bidding documents are available through EPADS and bids must be submitted electronically only. Tender fee ranges from Rs.1,000 to Rs.2,000 depending on the lot and bid security shall be 3% of the quoted value. Original tender fee instrument and bid security must be submitted before the bid submission deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day in the committee room of the institute.
