Fair Price Pharmacy Medicines Dialysis Surgical Supplies Tender Notice
Description
Operation and management of a fair price pharmacy together with supply of medicines, SSP medicines, Zakat medicines, dialysis consumables and surgical disposables for the financial year 2026-27. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bidders must possess a valid Category-A Drug Sale License, valid Narcotics License, registration with EPADS, KPRA and FBR, Active Taxpayer status and at least two years of experience in medicines. Electronic technical and financial bids together with hard copies shall be submitted through EPADS. Bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt amounting to PKR 1,000,000 is mandatory. Technical bids will be opened electronically at the scheduled time. The successful bidder shall provide a performance guarantee and execute a formal agreement while ensuring uninterrupted supply of medicines and consumables.
