Miscellaneous Items Repair Maintenance Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contracts for procurement of miscellaneous items and services including hot and cold weather items, POL and lubricants, stationery, printing and publication, computer stationery, miscellaneous items, Muharram arrangements, transport repair, machinery and equipment repair, furniture and fixtures repair and hardware equipment for the financial year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure using the Punjab Electronic Procurement System. Electronic bids comprising technical and financial proposals shall be submitted through EPADS. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost for each item shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before bid submission. Performance guarantee equal to 5% of the contract value shall be furnished by successful bidders. Technical brochures and samples are mandatory where applicable.
