Laboratory Reagents With Integrated Chemistry Immunoassay An Tender Notice
Description
Bulk procurement of laboratory test reagents on reagent rental basis with placement of a fully automated integrated chemistry immunoassay analyzer for the Financial Year 2026-2027. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Eligible manufacturers, sole exclusive agents and sole importers registered with the e-Procurement System and relevant registration and tax authorities may participate. Electronic bids shall be submitted online with bid security up to 1% of the estimated quoted cost in the prescribed banking instruments. Original bid security shall be submitted before bid opening in addition to the uploaded copy. Technical and financial proposals shall include both brand names and generic names. Bid validity is 180 days. Hard copies of e-bids are not required. Corrupt, unreadable or virus infected submissions shall be rejected. Procurement shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
