Framework Contract For Local Purchase Of Medicines Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. Eligible original manufacturers, sole distributors and authorized suppliers holding a valid Drug Sales License on Form 9A Category A and registered with income tax and sales tax authorities may participate. Bids shall be submitted on the basis of maximum discount on manufacturer retail prices for multinational medicines, national medicines and surgical disposable items. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System using Open Competitive Bidding Single Stage Two Envelope procedure. Bid security of 3% of the estimated cost shall be submitted electronically through the Bank of Punjab digital payment system. Technical and financial bids shall be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM and opened at 11:30 AM. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules.
