Stationery Furniture Machinery Vehicle Repairs Tender Notice
Description
Procurement includes - repair of vehicles and supply of spare parts - office stationery - entertainment items - gift items - purchase and repair of machinery - repair of furniture and fixtures - miscellaneous items. Sealed quotations and tenders are invited from local general order suppliers, dealers and firms. A separate quotation or tender shall be submitted for each item or work. Bids must be submitted in sealed form. A refundable bid security of Rs.50,000 in the name of the Executive Engineer, Local Government & Rural Development, Superintending Engineer Office Baltistan Region Skardu shall accompany each bid. Tender entries must be computerized; manually prepared quotations shall not be accepted. Only financially sound firms having their own shop, store or business premises relevant to the nature of work are eligible. The quoted rates shall remain valid until 30 June 2027. Incomplete quotations shall not be accepted. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason. Bids shall close at 11:00 AM and be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
