Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual framework contracts on FOR basis for the year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement includes medicines through a pharmacy, small medical appliances, laboratory chemicals and diagnostic kits, X-ray films and related chemicals. Separate technical and financial proposals shall be uploaded electronically. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated value of each tender shall be submitted in accordance with Punjab E-Procurement requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically by 11:00 AM and technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the opening date. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, distributors, sole proprietors and AOPs registered with Punjab E-Procurement having active Sales Tax and Income Tax registration and not blacklisted by PPRA or PESSI.
