Framework Contracts Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of annual framework contracts on a lot-wise basis for the financial year 2026-2027 through the Punjab E-Procurement System using a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. The procurement includes hot and cold charges, office stationery, computer stationery, printing and publication services, miscellaneous items, POL including lubricants and mobil oil, plant and machinery, furniture and fixtures, transport repair and purchase, machinery and equipment repair, furniture repair and advertising and publicity services. Electronic bids shall comprise separate technical and financial proposals submitted through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Original bid security equal to 3% of the estimated cost of each lot shall be submitted in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order before the bid submission deadline. The successful bidder shall furnish a 5% performance guarantee upon award of the contract. Technical samples and brochures shall be evaluated as part of the technical proposal.
