Pharmacy Laboratory Equipment Procurement Installation Tender Notice
Description
Procure, supply, install, test and commission laboratory equipment for the Department of Pharmacy through Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, firms, distributors and suppliers must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and be on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the university, KPPRA and EPAD websites. Bid security of 2% of the total bid value in the shape of CDR is required. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the KPPRA EPAD System with separate hard copies of technical and financial proposals. The original CDR shall accompany the financial proposal while an affidavit confirming its attachment shall accompany the technical proposal. Bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day.
