Supply Medicines Ksew Pharmacy Karachi Shipyard Tender Notice

Karachi Shipyard & Engineering Works Limited (KS&EW), Ministry of Defence Production, West Wharf, Dockyard Road, Karachi invites proposals from reputable, authorized and licensed medicine dealers and distributors for the supply of medicines to KSEW Pharmacy on an As and When Required basis for a period of one year. The procurement will be conducted through the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Suppliers are required to submit separate Technical and Commercial Offers by the prescribed tender submission deadline. Interested firms with relevant experience in the supply of medicines may participate subject to the detailed requirements contained in the bidding documents. The company or firm must be registered with FBR and other relevant tax authorities. Bids from medicine dealers or distributors blacklisted by any government or semi-government institution, agency or organization will not be considered. Medicine requirements may be communicated by email by 12:00 PM and the required medicines must be delivered by 03:00 PM on the same day, or otherwise supplied as and when required. Tender documents may be obtained from the KS&EW Medical Department during office hours from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM against a non-refundable tender document fee of Rs. 2,000/-, payable at the KSEW Accounts Department. Bids are to be submitted to the undersigned at Office J-7 by 07-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM.
