Stationery It Equipment Supplies Procurement Tender Notice

Framework contract procurement for the financial year 2026-27 covering stationery - computer stationery - other general supplies - feeding charges - IT equipment - computer hardware - software - entertainment and gifts - printing and publication. E-bids comprising separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure on a whole or head-wise basis. Technical proposals will be opened at 11:30 AM on the closing date, while financial proposals will remain unopened until completion of technical evaluation. Eligible firms, bidders, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, authorized agencies, dealers, suppliers and distributors must have relevant experience and required income tax, sales tax, Punjab sales tax and professional tax registrations where applicable. Bid security of 3% of the estimated amount for each respective head must be deposited electronically through a generated PSID, and the successful bidder must furnish a 5% performance guarantee. All quoted rates must cover every item in the relevant package and be inclusive of taxes. Technical samples, brochures and catalogues where demanded must be submitted as required.
