Description

Construction and pavement of street, drain, culverts and retaining wall at Tehsil Batkhela under ASDI ADP Scheme No. 251275, with estimated cost of Rs. 2.800 million and earnest money of Rs. 56,000 equal to 2%. The tender is based on MRS-2025 1st Bi-Annual and contractors or firms shall quote rates on percentage above, below or at-par basis. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, be active taxpayers with Federal Board of Revenue, registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority and EPADS, and possess enlistment with PEC and Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for 2026-27. Required documents include PEC and Local Council Board enlistment, CNIC, Power of Attorney where applicable, NTN or income tax certificate, KPRA registration and tender form, BOQ and BSDs. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS, while original tender documents and required hard copies of bid security documentation must reach the Tehsil Municipal Administration Batkhela before the due time. Electrical works must be vetted by the Assistant Engineer Electrical, Local Council Board, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. False or bogus documents may result in rejection, forfeiture of earnest money and blacklisting. Work orders will be issued after release of government funds. In case of a tie, the successful bidder will be decided through draw. Bids will be opened at 12:45 PM.
