Description

Execution of civil works during Financial Year 2026-27, including false ceiling work with gypsum board and metal framing, wall painting, MDF or plywood wood panelling with laminate finish, PVC wall panelling or sheets, wall putty, cement-sand plaster, wooden doors with frames and fittings, aluminium and glass partitions, gypsum board partitions, white washing, wall plaster and patch repairs, ceiling repair and restoration, floor repair, wooden shelves, and window glass replacement. All 15 items constitute a single lot and bidders must quote each item, while evaluation will be based on the lowest aggregate price for the complete lot with no partial award. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Firms must have relevant experience and technical and managerial capability, be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax with active taxpayer status, and submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items. A 5% performance guarantee is required from the successful bidder. Rates must remain valid until June 30, 2027 and works will be executed as required during Financial Year 2026-27. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, unsealed, late or unsecured bids will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM and quoted rates will be announced at 12:30 PM; manual bids are not accepted.
