Description

Procurement of 15 furniture items for the Financial Year 2026-27, including executive office tables, executive revolving chairs, executive side tables, executive visitor chairs, staff office tables, staff office chairs, computer tables, computer chairs, sofa sets, lounge chairs, visitor chairs, waiting chairs, filing cabinets, steel almirahs and document racks. All items constitute a single lot and bidders must quote each item, while evaluation will be based on the lowest total aggregate price for the complete lot with no partial award. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Firms must have relevant experience and technical and managerial capability, be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax with active taxpayer status, and submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost of quoted items. Successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee. Rates must remain valid until June 30, 2027 and supplies will be made as required during Financial Year 2026-27. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, unsealed, late or unsecured bids will be rejected. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM and rates will be announced at 12:30 PM; manual bids are not accepted.
