Procurement of 16 IT equipment items for the Financial Year 2026-27, including desktop computers, high-spec heavy-duty laptops, standard laptops, computer monitors, 55-inch 4K UHD smart display, laser printers, multifunction printers, scanners, keyboards, optical mice, external hard drives, USB flash drives, Wi-Fi routers, network switches, HDMI cables and computer power cables. All items constitute a single lot and bidders must quote each item, while evaluation will be based on the lowest total aggregate price for the complete lot with no partial award. Desktop and laptop specifications include Core i5 or i7 processors, specified RAM and SSD capacities, branded equipment and original licensed operating systems; networking equipment includes dual-band Wi-Fi routers and manageable 24-port gigabit switches. The procurement will be conducted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System under Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Firms must be registered with FBR for Income and Sales Tax with active taxpayer status and submit bid security equal to 2% of estimated cost. Successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee. Rates must remain valid until June 30, 2027. Bids must be submitted electronically by September 19, 2026 at 12:00 PM and rates will be announced at 12:30 PM; manual bids are not accepted.
