Description
Construction of Streets and Drains in Village Baghanwala, Tehsil Kharian, District Gujrat under Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 as amended through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Contractors/firms must be duly enlisted or renewed with the Pakistan Engineering Council for Financial Year 2026-27 wherever applicable and fulfill the prescribed eligibility requirements. Bids shall be submitted electronically only by September 19, 2026 at 01:15 PM and opened at 01:45 PM. Bid security is 5% of estimated cost through Digital Bank Guarantee via e-Bank Guarantee and SWIFT MT760; physical securities are not accepted. Estimated cost is Rs. 5.000 million and earnest money is Rs. 250,000. Successful bidder shall furnish Performance Security equal to 10% of Contract Price through SWIFT MT760. The lowest evaluated responsive bidder shall be awarded the contract. Financial bids must quote unit rates, item-wise amounts and grand total in the BOQ; percentage-based, blank, overwritten or incomplete bids are unacceptable. Bids remain valid for 60 days from opening. Bids submitted by email, courier, post or by hand are not accepted. If a rate is more than 30% below, item rate analysis must be submitted before work order, otherwise the tender will be cancelled and earnest money forfeited.
