Framework Contract For Medical Gases Items Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for purchase of medical gases items for financial year 2026-27, with estimated cost of Rs. 1,000,000 and bid security of Rs. 50,000 equal to 5% of estimated cost. Eligible firms or agencies of repute with financially sound backgrounds, registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments and involved in institutional pharmacy business or chain pharmacies with valid retail drug sale licences are invited to participate. Procurement shall be conducted through Punjab E-Procurement System under Open Competitive Bidding and the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure. Bid security must be valid for 120 days and provided through CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank, with original CDR submitted to the hospital one hour before opening. Technical bids will be opened in the presence of representatives. Taxes shall be deducted according to applicable government rules and no negotiations are expected.
