Procurement of six independent lot-wise framework rate contracts covering Local Purchase medicines, dialysis items, surgical and disposable items with estimated value of PKR 10,000,000 and 2% bid security of PKR 200,000; laboratory reagents and dental items valued at PKR 11,000,000 with bid security of PKR 220,000; X-Ray / Radiology films and related items valued at PKR 3,000,000 with bid security of PKR 60,000; stationery items valued at PKR 2,000,000 with bid security of PKR 40,000; printing material and printing and publication items valued at PKR 2,000,000 with bid security of PKR 40,000; and general store, hospital consumables, equipment and miscellaneous items valued at PKR 4,000,000 with bid security of PKR 80,000. Bids are invited electronically under the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure. Eligibility is lot-specific, requiring the applicable valid centralized drug-sale license for Lot 1 and manufacturer, authorized importer, distributor or dealer status for Lots 2 and 3, while Lots 4, 5 and 6 require duly registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers or general order suppliers as applicable. Bids shall be prepared and submitted electronically through Punjab e-Procurement, with separate 2% bid security for each quoted lot. The submission deadline is 26 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. and bids will open the same day at 10:30 a.m. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the submission deadline, prices shall include delivery and applicable taxes, and bidders must quote all mandatory items of each selected lot.
