Description

Procurement of laboratory equipment on turnkey basis. Eligible firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers and authorized agents, dealers or distributors must be registered with relevant Income Tax and GST authorities. Rates should be quoted on FOR or DDP basis. The complete e-bid and required documents must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System, with bid security submitted through the prescribed electronic mechanism. Procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, with technical and financial proposals submitted separately. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bidders will remain unopened. Conditional bids and bids with incomplete mandatory documentation may be rejected.
