Supply Of Biomedical Gases Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract/tender for purchase and supply of biomedical gases for financial year 2026-27. Eligible and experienced bidders must be registered with EPADS and be income tax, GST/PST filers, including registered partnerships, proprietors, firms and companies. Procurement will be conducted through Open Competitive Bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. The estimated cost is Rs.1.0 million and bid security is 5% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs.50,000, in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of the Medical Superintendent. Original bid security must accompany the electronic bid. Bids will undergo technical and financial evaluation through the EPADS/EP System, with contracts awarded according to applicable PPRA procedures. Successful bidders must deposit a 5% performance guarantee in the form of CDR or bank guarantee from Bank of Punjab. Applicable government taxes shall be deducted from bills and invoices. Pro Tip: Ensure EPADS registration is active, prepare the original Rs.50,000 bid security and review the biomedical-gas specifications and applicable tax requirements before submitting the electronic bid.
