General Order Suppliers Repair Maintenance Services Tender Notice
Description
Pre-qualification leading to a closed framework agreement for general order suppliers to provide repair and maintenance services for office buildings, residential buildings, machinery and equipment, including air conditioners, generators, room coolers, water dispensers, ceiling fans, exhaust fans, bracket fans, pedestal fans, refrigerators, deep freezers, electric water motors, ice cube making machines, water filter plants, photocopier machines, screening machines, walk-through gates and CCTV cameras. The framework also covers furniture and fixture items including chairs, tables, center tables, cupboards, almirahs or cabinets, sofa sets, dining tables and chairs, single and double steel beds and repair works, as well as repair of computer hardware. Applicants must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments, hold valid NTN and GST and be on the Active Taxpayer List of FBR. Applications must be submitted electronically through PPRA EPADS and also in hard format in a sealed envelope with the requisite information. Applicants must submit proof of Active Taxpayer List status and GST/NTN certificates. The application basis is F.O.R. Pro Tip: Ensure 100% compliance with FBR Active Taxpayer List, NTN and GST requirements and prepare both the electronic EPADS application and sealed hard-format submission exactly according to the pre-qualification documents.
