Framework Contract For Medicines And Medical Devices Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for local purchase of medicines, medical devices and surgical disposable items for Financial Year 2026-27 on free delivery at consignee's end basis. Registered pharmacies having valid CDSL on Form 09 are eligible to participate. The estimated tender value is Rs. 3,000,000 and bid security is Rs. 60,000, equal to 2% of the estimated tender value. Procurement shall be conducted purely through the Punjab e-Procurement System using a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must be registered as suppliers on the Punjab e-Procurement System and submit technical and financial proposals electronically. Bid security must be generated through PSID and deposited through the prescribed digital banking channels in favour of the Chief Executive Officer Health & Population Department District Health Authority Attock, and the security must be uploaded with the technical bid. The procurement concerns medicines, medical devices, surgical disposables, pharmaceutical supplies, medical equipment and healthcare consumables for local purchase under a framework contract.
