Description
Framework contract for purchase of other items for financial year 2026-27. Eligible bidders, manufacturers and authorized sales and service dealers may participate. The estimated cost is Rs.1.5 million and bid security is 2% of the estimated cost. Procurement shall be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System under the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Bids must be uploaded electronically and bid security deposited through online PSID in the prescribed manner in favour of the Medical Superintendent. Bidders must provide best and final prices inclusive of all taxes, duties and levies and applicable tax registration certificates. Bids received by the stipulated deadline will be opened electronically. Relevant terminology includes hospital supplies, medical store items, healthcare supplies and hospital procurement.
