Procurement Furniture Items Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Procurement of furniture items through a twelve-month framework contract for office and operational requirements, including office tables, workstations, executive and managerial tables, office chairs, visitor chairs, cabinets, storage units, conference tables, side tables, center tables and other furniture specified in the bidding documents. Eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers must fulfill all eligibility, qualification, technical, financial and documentary requirements. Bids shall be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid security of Rs.100,000 must be submitted electronically in the prescribed manner, and the successful bidder must furnish a performance guarantee equivalent to 1% of the applicable contract or framework value. The framework contract does not guarantee any minimum procurement quantity or value, with supplies ordered as required during the contractual period. Applicable taxes, duties, transportation, delivery, installation and associated costs shall be dealt with according to the bidding documents. Office furniture, workstations, executive tables, office chairs, visitor chairs, cabinets, storage furniture and framework furniture supply are relevant procurement terminology.
