Provision Food Commodities Blind Students Tender Notice
Description
Provision of food commodities for boarders of Government Sunrise Institute for the Blind, Ravi Road, Lahore for Financial Year 2026-27. E-Bids are invited from firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for Income Tax and Sales Tax through EPADS. The estimated cost of procurement is PKR 3.6 million and Bid Security is required at 2% of the estimated procurement cost under the applicable Punjab Electronic Procurement Regulations 2024. All bid documents must be submitted through EPADS, while the original hard copy Bid Security CDR in favor of the Principal must also be submitted before the e-bid submission closing time, failing which the bid will be rejected. The procurement will follow Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Successful bidder must deposit Performance Guarantee equal to 10% of contract amount and sign a contract agreement before issuance of supply order. Rates must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of applicable taxes. Bids must be submitted by 11:00 AM on 23 October 2026 and opened at 11:30 AM on the same date.
