Procurement of video laryngoscope, vessel sealing system, local open urology set, cabinet for instruments, hazmat cabinet, imported urology open sets, CO2 insufflator, water flushing pump and medical equipment for the pathology and radiology department, including an unquoted lot for a medicine or medical-grade refrigerator, for Pakistan Kidney & Liver Institute and Research Center Rawalpindi. The estimated cost for Lot 1 is Rs. 9,192,018 with bid security of Rs. 183,841. Lot 2 has an estimated cost of Rs. 13,542,947 with bid security of Rs. 270,859. Lot 3 has an estimated cost of Rs. 15,000,000 with bid security of Rs. 300,000. Eligible firms must be registered with income tax and sales tax authorities and reflected on the Active Taxpayer List. Tender documents are available free of cost through the PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement System. Bids must be submitted online, with separate technical and financial proposals, by 11:00 AM on 28 October 2026. The opening time is 11:30 AM on the same date. Bid security must be submitted electronically through Punjab e-PS in the prescribed manner; physical financial instruments such as CDRs or bank guarantees will not be accepted.
