Description

Supply of summer and winter uniform items for approximately 201 enrolled students at Government Special Education Centre Taxila, Rawalpindi, for financial year 2026-27. Eligible and financially sound firms or contractors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax and operate as general order suppliers. Bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement Portal by 11:00 AM on 26 October 2026 and will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same date. The procurement follows the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure under Rule 38(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014. Bidding documents containing requirements, specifications, terms and conditions are available free of cost through the PPRA and e-Procurement websites. The original bid security CDR, payable through the prescribed PSID procedure, is stated as 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 30,000, in favour of Government Special Education Centre Taxila, Rawalpindi, and must be uploaded or submitted according to the portal requirements before the electronic bid deadline. Failure to provide the required security will result in rejection. The successful bidder must provide a 5% performance guarantee of the contract amount and execute the contract agreement after completing the required formalities. The contract will be awarded to the bidder offering the lowest rate. Bid validity extends until 30 June 2027. The procurement committee reserves the right to reject all bids before acceptance in accordance with the applicable procurement rules.
