Supply Of Stationery Uniforms Miscellaneous And Dietary Items Tender Notice

Federal General Hospital, Chak Shahzad, Islamabad invites sealed electronic bids from reputable firms and companies registered with the General Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and AGPR Islamabad for financial year 2026-27. The procurement comprises four categories: stationery items; uniforms and protective clothing; miscellaneous items; and dietary items. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS by 10:00 AM on 21 October 2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date. Each bid must be accompanied by refundable earnest money in the amount and form specified in the tender documents, described in the notice as a bank draft in favour of the Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Federal General Hospital, Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination, Islamabad.
