Description
Procurement of high-performance liquid chromatography solvents under a framework contract for Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi. The procurement follows open competitive bidding under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, as amended, and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Eligible suppliers, firms, companies, and distributors must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement Portal and demonstrate technical, financial, and managerial capability. Technical bids and financial bids, along with the required qualification documents, must be submitted electronically before the deadline; no hard copy is required. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted online through a PSID in favour of the Director, Drugs Testing Laboratory Rawalpindi, and physical financial instruments will not be accepted.
