Procurement Laboratory Pipetting Aid Tender Notice

Description

Procurement of three pipetting aids for Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center, Lahore, with an estimated total amount of PKR 645,000 and bid security of PKR 12,900, equivalent to 2% of the estimated amount. Delivery shall be on Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms at PKLI Lahore. Bids are invited from manufacturers, sole distributors of foreign principals and authorized manufacturer representatives registered with the income tax and sales tax authorities. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the PKLI website, Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA website. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2:00 PM on 11 November 2026; hard copies are not required. Bid security must be submitted electronically, and physical bid security is not acceptable. Bidding shall follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended. Bids will be opened at 2:30 PM on 11 November 2026 in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 29 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day shall be treated as the closing date. The procuring agency is not responsible for costs incurred in preparing, delivering or electronically submitting bids. The Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, prevail in case of conflict with bidding documents.
