Description

Purchase and supply of science laboratory equipment on an item-wise basis for Baba Guru Nanak University, Nankana Sahib, with quantities and detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 22.5 million. Eligible firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading must be registered with the relevant registration authorities and tax departments for income tax and sales tax. Bidding shall be conducted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. Complete item-wise bids must be uploaded through the electronic procurement portal by 2026-11-09 at 10:00 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on 2026-11-09 at 10:30 AM under Rule 30(1), in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bid validity shall be 120 days. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions, requirements and technical specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website, Punjab e-Procurement System and university website. If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the following day will be treated as the closing date.
