Procurement Laboratory Glassware Consumables Tender Notice
Description
Framework procurement of labware and consumables for the Research Department of Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute and Research Center. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 15,410,968. Eligible original manufacturers - sole distributors of manufacturers - manufacturer importers and authorized representatives registered with the relevant income tax and sales tax authorities are invited to bid. Bidding will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidding documents are available free of cost through the institute and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Electronic bids must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System by the specified deadline; hard copies are not required. Bid security equal to 2 percent of the estimated amount must be submitted electronically through the e-procurement system. Participating firms must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 30 October 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Supply Chain Department conference room, Tower A. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Bids will be opened on the same day in the presence of bidders representatives who choose to attend. Procurement and award procedures are governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, which prevail in the event of conflict with the bidding documents.
