Purchase of scientific equipment for the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences, H.E.J. Research Institute of Chemistry and Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicines and Drug Research, University of Karachi, on FOR basis through EPADS under Single Stage-One Envelope procurement procedure. Eligible EPADS vendors and suppliers must be registered with the Sindh Revenue Board and income tax department, where applicable. Bidding documents can be obtained or downloaded from EPADS or the ICCBS website. Signed and stamped bidding documents, together with earnest money, must be submitted electronically through EPADS according to the prescribed schedule. The original bid security Pay Order must reach the Purchase Department before the bid submission deadline. Tender fee of PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) must be deposited into United Bank Limited Account No. 1146-291497301 entitled International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences Tender Account, and the original deposit slip or online deposit receipt must accompany the bid. Earnest money equivalent to 2% of the estimated bid value must be submitted through Pay Order in favour of the International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences Tender Account. An alternate bid or option must be accompanied by a separate Pay Order for earnest money. The procuring agency may reject any or all bids under SPP Rule 25. Bids will be submitted on 24 November 2026 at 11:30 AM and opened at 12:00 noon through EPADS.
