Description

Procurement of furniture and fixtures and other miscellaneous items under the specified heads of account for financial year 2026-27 from firms companies suppliers manufacturers authorized dealers and other eligible bidders registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System under the applicable Punjab procurement rules using the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, with technical and financial bids submitted online as one package according to the bidding documents. The estimated amount for purchase of furniture and fixtures is Rs.1,500,000, while the amount for cost of others is not clearly readable in the notice. Bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost is required and must be submitted online through the prescribed PSID/payment slip mechanism before the bid submission deadline. Bids must be submitted online by 31-08-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
