Bidding shall follow Single Stage-Single Envelope procedure under KPPRA Rules 2014. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC Category C-6 or above registration with CE09 specialization, active FBR NTN and KPRA registration and valid Provincial Enlistment Committee registration. Bidders must submit 2% bid security and additional security as applicable in original CDR form, together with tender form fee of 0.03% of the Engineer Estimate, through registered post, courier or special messenger before closing. Bids must be uploaded through EPADS and uploaded documents must be readable. Cutting or overwriting on tender forms or BOQs may result in rejection and incomplete bids shall be non-responsive. The competent authority may reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014. Applicable taxes shall be deducted according to government policy.
