Framework Contract Medical Laboratory Vehicle Services Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract procurement for supply of Small Medical Appliances FY 2026-27, supply of Chemicals for Lab & Kits FY 2026-27, and hiring of vehicle services on rental basis for 2026-27. Financially sound firms, income tax and sales tax registered firms, and firms registered with Punjab E-Procurement Systems and PPRA Punjab are invited to participate. The procurement follows Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 2014 as amended and Punjab E-Procurement System regulations. Bids and bid security must be submitted electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Bid security is 2% of the estimated price, with estimated costs of Rs. 15,883,666 for Small Medical Appliances, Rs. 9,065,000 for Chemicals for Lab & Kits and Rs. 18,000,000 for vehicle rental services. Prices or rates must include all applicable government taxes. The procurement may be cancelled in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.
