Training Accessories Framework Contract Tender Notice
Description
Framework contract for procurement of training accessories for a one-year contract tenure, extendable on other terms, with an estimated procurement cost of PKR 47 million and bid security of PKR 0.94 million equal to 2% of estimated cost. Well-reputed, experienced and tax-registered companies, firms, organizations and suppliers are invited to participate through a single-stage two-envelope bidding procedure. Bidding documents containing specifications and evaluation criteria are available through the organization, PPRA and Punjab e-Procurement websites. Only firms registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System may participate, and bids submitted through any other means will be rejected. Complete e-bids must be submitted by 02:30 PM on 01-10-2026 and technical bids will be opened at 03:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date with the same closing and opening times. The procurement concerns training accessories and related training equipment and supplies under a framework contract.
