Framework contract for the procurement of air conditioners, shoe cover dispenser, printer, water purification consumables and a solar power system for Financial Year 2026-27. The estimated procurement cost is PKR 4,995,000. Interested registered suppliers, firms, companies and distributors must demonstrate established technical, financial and managerial capabilities and submit bids on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis according to the specifications in the standard bidding documents. Bidding documents are available free of cost from the Punjab e-Procurement System and the PPRA website. Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated amount of each quoted lot or package must be submitted digitally through the Punjab e-Procurement System before the electronic bid submission deadline. Bid validity is 180 days from the opening date. Open competitive bidding shall follow the single-stage two-envelope procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, as amended, and the Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024. Evaluation and contract award will be conducted lot-wise, with the contract awarded to the lowest evaluated bid. Electronic bids must be uploaded before 10:00 AM on 7 November 2026 and will be opened at 10:30 AM on the same date. Bidders are responsible for successful electronic submission and should upload bids before the deadline.
