Purchase Science Laboratory Equipment Tender Notice
Description
Purchase of science laboratory equipment with quantities and specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders include firms, companies and sole proprietors engaged in manufacturing or trading and registered with relevant registration authorities and Income Tax and Sales Tax departments. Bidding will be conducted electronically under applicable Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority rules. Bidding documents containing terms, conditions, requirements and specifications are available free of cost through the Punjab procurement portal, PPRA website and university website. All bids must include bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, deposited electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must upload a duly signed affidavit on prescribed stamp paper with the bid documents; the procuring agency may require the original affidavit for physical verification. Bid validity is 120 days. Bids close on 9 November 2026 at 1000 hours and open on the same day at 1030 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives. If the submission day is an official holiday, the next day will be treated as the closing date.
